The welcoming staff exceeded expectations, ensuring our stay was unforgettable with thoughtful touches like fresh fruit and bedtime stories. The spa treatments were exceptional, and meals were beautifully presented with plenty of options.

The shuttle service was unreliable when we needed it. Although the location was decent, a house car was not available during our exploration around the area.

First room had a musty smell, with the shower recess needing serious refurbishment. concrete floors and wooden slats promote mold. The pool walls were covered in algae, and on the last day, it was closed for maintenance. Traffic noise from the street could be heard within the hotel grounds, making it slightly less serene.

Why didn't I try this sooner?

The world-class staff went above and beyond, making our stay unforgettable. Our suite's balcony offered a lovely view of the pool area, while the spacious bathroom featured a powerful shower. Breakfast was a delightful spread, and the location was perfect for exploring Ubud's finest dining options. An exquisite experience!

The Suite Pool Access was amazing, offering direct access to the pool, which enhanced my stay. The breakfast was delightful, especially the options served at my table outside my room. The outdoor dining setup added to the charm of the experience. The location was perfect for exploring Ubud, with many attractions just a short walk away. On a downside, the shuttle service was not dependable when I needed it—one time it was unavailable, and that was a bit disappointing. Additionally, traffic noise from the main road occasionally disturbed the otherwise peaceful atmosphere. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, but there’s room for improvement in transportation reliability.
